Code Enforcement

The Code Enforcement Division helps to protect the City of Whitewater public’s well-being and enhance the quality of life by enforcing the health, safety, zoning and sanitation codes. Please check back; we will be adding more information soon.

Complaint forms can be filled out and returned to the city office. This allows the city to investigate and inform the city council and mayor of violations.
