Mayor Brady Gragg, term 2022 - 2025

The responsibility of the City of Whitewater Mayor is to serve all citizens and business owners fairly and openly. A committment to applying these principles in the most professional and timely manner possible is key in guiding our community through continued growth and success.


 Mayor-Elect, Timothy Eldredge

Timothy Eldredge will assume the role of Mayor of Whitewater on January 1, 2026, following his election in November.

A retired law enforcement professional, Eldredge served 28 years with the Butler County Sheriff's Office. His career began as a patrol officer contracted to Whitewater and Potwin, advanced to Detective in 2001, and concluded as Sergeant in the Career Criminal Unit.

Originally from Belleville, Kansas, Eldredge first moved to Whitewater in 1999 and returned permanently in 2016. He is a proud father of three adult children and grandfather to two grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys staying active at the YMCA, fishing, and occasional golf outings.

Eldredge is honored to serve as Mayor and emphasizes the importance of public participation and open communication in local government. His priorities include enhancing public safety, improving quality of life for residents, and fostering economic development by supporting existing businesses while attracting new opportunities.
